I&#8217;ll probably process one deer hanging, and one on the ground. I hunt in state forests a lot and know that you can&#8217;t always hang the animal up. I&#8217;m not a butcher or a professional, so the demonstration is just of my own learned skillset and what works for me. We&#8217;ll be doing a names in a hat draw for different cuts of venison, so bring an esky.
