On this hunt your be targeting Sambar deer on private property. Target animal is either a hind or spiker.

Guided Sambar Deer Hunt

Located in the Snowy Monaro region of NSW, an hour south of Canberra and 4 hours from Sydney, this is a perfect hunt for the beginner hunter to grow their skill set and learn from an experienced guide. The property lies within the great dividing range and is surrounded by mountains which allow a steady flow of game animals onto the property.
The winner of this hunt will be able to choose their own adventure. The property holds good numbers of Fallow deer, goats, pigs, foxes, cats and very occasionally, Red and Sambar deer. How the hunt unfolds depends entirely on your goals. You can take a trophy, or meat to take home for the freezer. It’s up to you.
Your guide will take you through the process of field dressing and processing your harvest. Accommodation is provided in a newly renovated farmhouse with a full time guide to cater to you and of course, put you onto the game animals.

Winners announcement:
The winners will be announced on the first week-day of next month via the member’s news page as well as the Australian Hunters Club Instagram account, Facebook group and official Facebook page (so make sure you like and follow them). The winners will also be sent a confirmation email.
