Hunt Description

I customise hunts to hunters needs. I am based 1/1.5hrs from Melbourne so day trips are easy helping inexperienced hunters is a specialty there is camping nearby, cabin or B&B can be organised . I also do trips to the alpine country in autumn and spring camping for up to 5 days.

Pete is old school, been around a while grew up high country logging. Comes from a hound crew family and hunting seems to be in his blood. He’s kind, understanding and willing to share his knowledge. Plus cooks a mean venison shank stew and pea and ham soup!

Highly recommend. Ill be back next year for a stalk and another hound hunt! Thanks Pete your a legend

Pete was a great guide. Out of everyone in Australia, he’d probably know the most about Sambar. We hunted in a number of different locations around Baw Baw, all private property. Pete used a thermal to hunt which also helped. Saw a few hinds and got the opportunity to shoot one on the first day.
