Educational Guided Deer Hunts – Brisbane Valley

Natures Perks

Hunt Description

Our educational hunts are designed for people who want to learn how to hunt but would prefer to gain that knowledge while actually being out in the field chasing deer.

Instead of sitting in a classroom, we take clients onto the property and run through the hunting process in a real-world environment.

Throughout the hunt we can cover:

  • How to plan a hunt
  • Understanding deer behaviour and habitat
  • Reading sign and locating animals
  • Spotting and glassing
  • Stalking techniques
  • Shot placement
  • Firearm and hunting safety
  • What to do after the shot
  • Field dressing and meat care
  • Skinning and butchering
  • General hunting knowledge and preparation
