Wild Game on Open Flame and Up North adventures are now offering guided hunts in the Brisbane Valley, approximately 2.5 hours from Brisbane.
Explore 12000 acres of beautiful country inhabited by plenty of red deer. With massive rolling hills, as far as the eye can see, there could be a big red stag over the next peak. We offer free range red stag hunts, red doe meat hunts, prized long-horn bullocks and bulls as well as feral pigs and wild dogs.
Swags or tents are a must at this time, with a nice dry shed to set up under, which also includes a sink, shower, toilet.
The team provide 5 star service, with quality meals like rib and eye fillet all meals are included in the day price (BYO drinks), they aim to provide you with the best and easiest experience possible.
Price is calculated from no of days (day rate) + animal fee + butchering fee (or you can do it yourself for free)
Listing price of $2150 is based off 1 day, 1 stag, self (+ assisted) butcher.
Australian Hunters Club members pay $2050
Date rate:
$650 per person per day guiding fee
Animal fee:
$1500 per Red stag
$400 per Red doe
Pigs, and wild dogs are free
$2750 per Long horn bullock
$3750 per Long horn bull
Butchering fee:
$250 for guide to butcher a doe by themselves
$1000 for guide to butcher a Long Horn by themselves
There is no no fee if the hunter chooses to butcher the animal themselves (we’ll lend a helping hand too).
Other notes:
- Caping included in the price of the stags
- Hunts will be a minimum charge of 2 days plus the cost of the animal
- Must have hunters club insurance 12000 acres lot of room to run free
