The intermediate course has a very similar layout to the beginner’s course with the main differences being that you do the shooting.
This course is set out for the hunter that has experience but requires a little fine tuning.
You will be given more options over the weekend as to how self-reliant you wish to be.
Note: You will perform the shooting in this course.

BUTCHERING
If you would like the option to run through meat break down/ cuts of meats and sausage making, this is the option for you. This will need to be decided amongst your group prior to commencing, as we will need to allocate time for this. Please note, this means you will need to sacrifice one of your hunts. Note: extra costs will be applicable for cryovac bags, sausage fillings, breadcrumbs, skins, etc. This will be payable on the day.
