Hunt Description

This is a hunt for  Red Stag on private properties in Southeast  Queensland. The properties consist of open rolling, semi timbered hills to steep mountainous country, filled with lantana choked gullies.

The best time for hunting is from late February until late April, with the stags usually in full roar from the end of March to mid April.

Hunters can normally expect to take 10 point trophies or better (depending on seasonal conditions prior to casting the previous year).

Included:

Hunt price includes :- pick up & return to Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport, food, accommodation, guiding & trophy preparation.

Not included:

The hunt price does not include :-  airfares, accommodation prior to & following hunt, alcoholic beverages, rifle hire (if required), trophy fee ($750).

Hunters will be required to bring :- sleeping bag or swag, binoculars, como clothing, day pack, camera, rifle & ammunition (unless hiring) & personal items such as toiletry ect.

Terms:

A $550 deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining $2200 is to be paid prior to commencing the hunt & the $750 trophy fee is to be paid at the conclusion of the hunt.
Deposit is non-refundable

Accommodation & Travel

Accommodation description

The accommodation will be in my trophy room or tented if we are hunting the back blocks.

The trophy room is equipped with :- hot water & shower, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, toilet, power.
