Our Hunting Education Course provides an in-depth exploration of deer hunting. Our experienced instructors will teach you how to hunt and track deer, as well as how to find deer prints, deer droppings, stag rubs, and many other signs of deer activity. With our course, you’ll gain the confidence and knowledge needed to become a successful deer hunter, This is a weekend long course starting bright and early Saturday morning, finishing lunch time sunday.
Learn how to hunt deer with Peter from Hunt Right. He’ll teach you the fundamental skills required to hunt deer including but not limited to:
- tracking deer
- identifying deer country
- identifying bedding and feed areas
- learning dear behavior such as wallowing and rubbing
- shot placement
- skinning and meat preparation
The course runs over 2 nights and 2 full days. You will be provided full accommodation in a secluded hut on private property that is equipped with all essential amenities.
Learn to Kill, Skin and Cook Venison
Throughout the course you will be taught how to hunt, kill, skin and butcher deer and at the end of the day you will be treated to freshly caught and cooked venison. The course covers Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
One on One or Small Groups only
The courses are one on one or in small groups and you will get the full attention and direction of the hunting educators.
